A large closet to fit both of our luggage divided into to areas, so we could each have our own space. There are extra blankets in there too. There is a spacious open closet to put the table and folding chairs at night. The room was really cute and nice! The common spaces were super comfortable with a cozy living room set up and kitchen. We had our own shelf in the refrigerator. I believe there are just three rooms in the house, which makes it feel like a bed and breakfast. The shower rooms are clean. Loved the laundry and dryer option. The hosts are very nice and thorough during the check in to make sure you understand the space and how everything works. Loved the location! Perfectly nestled between the castle and the art museum. Very short walk to the market shopping area.

The location is superb.. amenities complete and really clean.. I would go back here.. I really love my stay.. bathroom really nice and clean and spacious.. I love that there's lots of space to get dressed.. also shower itself has good space.. kitchen really clean and organized.. lobby area has sofas if you want to just relax and they also have tables if you're working or if you want to eat there.. I will go back and stay longer next time

Its secluded location, near the forest, and there were even deers, the nicely designed room with traditional ambience yet and breathtaking view, everything was so perfect! Nishida-san delivered exceptional service. He prepared breakfast every morning, picked me up and dropped me off at the Bessho train station whenever I need without additional charge. I'll be back for sure! This place is idyllic and a perfect place to experience some solitude.

39 km from The Japan Ukiyo-e Museum, Raicho Onsen Inn is a recently renovated property located in Matsumoto and provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. Place was extremely clean and well-equipped. There were many common areas to dine and to rest, and the overall environment was very warm and relaxing. The onsen were also private thus you don’t have to be concerned if you’re not comfortable sharing it with strangers. Really highly highly recommend for a rejuvenating time and to connect with nature!
