Featuring mountain views and a garden, 馬籠ふるさと学校 Magome Furusato Gakkou offers accommodation attractively situated in Nakatsugawa, within a short distance of Toson Memorial Museum, Magome Wakihonjin... The guesthouse is run by two very friendly people, there is a good atmosphere, the space is gigantic, quality and very clean! A truly wonderful place to stay - a calm and restorative house, well cared for by the host. There are several rooms, and a beautiful garden. The furnishings are traditional and comfortable. The host was also really helpful, and suggested a good place to eat.

The place it’s amazing, as a traveler that’s has been to a lot of hostels this was one of the best, consider that we are talking about Japan. So the environment and attention was on top for their standards.

Offering mountain views, Guesthouse Nedoko is an accommodation situated in Nakatsugawa, 200 metres from Magome Observatory and 100 metres from Magome Wakihonjin Museum. The place is amazing! It's on the main street of Magome and a perfect place to start your Nakasendo journey. The place is very clean, very nice with comfortable beds. There is a common area with kitchen and tables where you can enjoy nice meal with the view of Magome's beautiful street. Highly recommend!

Takayama Ninja House available for Covi d measures is located in a conservation area in one of the few historic towns remaining in Japan, where is Takayama city. The house is beautiful, and the owner, Octavio, was the most welcoming and dedicated host we have ever met in our travels. Highly recommended!

Just a 2-minute walk from JR Takayama Train Station and Takayama Nohi Bus Center, Guesthouse Tomaru offers an renovated 80-year old Japanese-style accommodation. Amazing host that will help you with anything. Very affordable and cozy lounge. Close to the city center. Would recommend anyone to go here.

A 6-minute walk from JR Takayama Train Station, 力車イン Rickshaw inn offers non-smoking Japanese rooms and Western rooms with free Wi-Fi, an LCD TV and a private bathroom. A free-use kitchen is on site. Absolutely beautiful room with everything we needed and more. Loved it here and it really is in a fantastic location! The staff were so friendly and helpful and told us about different things to see and do and where the best restaurants are etc.

In the centre of Takayama, located within a short distance of Takayama Station and Yoshijima Heritage House, Daihachi offers free WiFi, air conditioning and household amenities such as a microwave and... It’s super spacious and decor is very mi ama list and pretty. View is also awesome.
