Gai (the manager) helped us with some tips about the nakasendo trial and to book some complex train tickets for the next days etc. Moreover, all the facilities were super clean, spacious and we just love it this place. It was such a warm comforting and inviting atmosphere. The food was amazing and gave me a chance to try things I normally would not have ordered. The rooms/bathrooms/showers were so clean. The host was so kind and really wanted to know your story, lots of love and energy is put into her hosting and it shows.

We loved our stay here before heading up to Tsumago. Cozy room with a writing desk overlooking a beautiful view of the mountains. Bathrooms and showers were very clean, nice breakfast/kitchen area.

The husband and wife of the property live next door and were very kind and attentive to our needs. We were running late to see the Ukai show so that helped us with a speedy check in process. We have been on a motorcycle road trip and I can’t say how well we slept at this property. And they have a lovely dog that entertained us too. We will definitely be staying here again on our future road trips. I highly recommend staying here. Rooms are clean, showers are great, and great company. They have motorcycle parking too!

Offering a sun terrace and views of the garden, Tajimi Guest House is set in the middle of nature, 3 km from Tajimi Station. So kind and helpful couple who runs this unique architectural place - higly recommended for cultural travellers!

JR 다카야마 기차역(JR Takayama Train Station)과 다카야마 노히 버스 센터(Takayama Nohi Bus Centre)에서 도보로 불과 2분 거리에 위치한 Guesthouse Tomaru는 개보수된 80년 역사의 일본식 숙박 시설입니다. 전역에서 무료 Wi-Fi가 제공됩니다. The owner was really helpful, with a lot of good recommendations for things to see and visit. The hostel in really good condition with comfortable beds and lockers should you need them. Definitely recommend this place for staying in Takayama.

A 6-minute walk from JR Takayama Train Station, 力車イン Rickshaw inn offers non-smoking Japanese rooms and Western rooms with free Wi-Fi, an LCD TV and a private bathroom. A free-use kitchen is on site. We loved the staff and how kind and helpful they were.

다카야마 중심부에 자리한 KAYA - Travel Easy, Explore Freely in Hida Tayakama!에서는 에어컨, 무료 Wi-Fi가 완비된 객실을 제공합니다. 숙소는 다카야마역에서 3분 거리에 있습니다. The location is very good. Right at the down town. There’s a paid parking in front of the place. Everything’s clean and neat. And the staff was nice, we arrived early and we can checked in early. It was very helpful since we were traveling with kids.
