Set in Kyoto, less than 1 km from Gion Shijo Station and a 13-minute walk from Kiyomizu-dera Temple, 東山の宿 藤屋 offers air conditioning. The photos don’t really do this place justice. It’s such a little gem, and the host is just so incredibly nice and helpful. Would 100% recommend to anyone staying for a few nights.

Located within 700 metres of Shoren-in Temple and 1.2 km of Samurai Kembu Kyoto, Azukiya provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Kyoto. Hostest was very nice and helpfull. We rented ebikes and she helped with luggage shipping. Room was big and cozy.

六根ゲストハウス Rokkon guest house features accommodation located less than 1 km from the centre of Kyoto and offers a garden and a terrace. Very clean beautiful room. Host was lovely and made delicious breakfasts. About 8min walk to nearest subway station, walking distance to Nijo castle.

Lovely spacious rooms and living spaces. Cafe was open all day and served good coffee , beer and food. The staff were also super helpful with recommendations.

The warmth and hospitality of the hosts made our experience truly exceptional. Not only were they incredibly welcoming, but they also went out of their way to ensure our comfort throughout our stay. The inn’s location couldn’t have been better. Situated in close proximity to the subway, it made exploring Kyoto’s treasures a breeze. We appreciated the convenience of being able to easily access the city’s attractions while still enjoying a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. All in all, our stay here was a perfect blend of comfort, hospitality, and convenience. We can’t recommend this place enough and look forward to returning in the future. Ideally located in the centre of Kyoto, Kokonoe Machiya offers air-conditioned rooms, a garden, free WiFi and a shared lounge. Toni was an excellent host - welcoming, approachable and knowledgeable about Kyoto's history, places of interest and restaurants. The hostel was so beautifully furnished and designed in a traditional Japanese style, which will feature well in anyone's social media post. Facilities were clean and well maintained. Certainly, this place is up there to be the best accommodation that I have stayed in.

Great place! Great location, awesome, super friendly and helpful staff, u got cookies, tea and coffee for free. Cleanliness is on spot. Highly recommend! Will come back for sure

Attractively located in the Shimogyo Ward district of Kyoto, Hachi Inn is situated 1.3 km from Sanjusangen-do Temple, less than 1 km from Kyoto Station and a 16-minute walk from Kyoto Shigaku Kaikan... it could not have been better. so cute so clean so nice
