We booked a room with view and the photos were exactly what the room we were waiting for. The personnel were very friendly, very helpful and there was someone to help 24/7. The hotel is recommended for every type of guests, family-friends-couple. It is very close to the central market, to the metro station and to everything you need for your stay. We definitely going to visit mr. Osman again.

They all treated us as a family . The reception staff so helpful . The location was perfect . Near Galata tower and Galata port , few minutes walking to karakoy tram station . The view of the room was speechless specially at night .
