The room was very clean, with good daily housekeeping service. The location is pretty close to a metro and tram station. The staff were friendly and attentive to anything we needed. There was breakfast from 8:00-10:00, a set Turkish breakfast with tea or coffee. Overall, the hotel was very good for the price we paid compared to what we would get from other hotels in Istanbul.

The hotel is equipped with all the necessary comforts, including air conditioning. The rooms are a bit small but the size is right to live there for a few days during a vacation. The staff was kind and helpful throughout the period. I'm sorry I wasn't able to greet all the reception staff. I recommend the facility for the high quality and the honest price for what it offers.
