When we were leaving hostess gave us wonderful Turkish code in the hall while we were waiting taxi. Reception man Davin was very pleasant and friendly! Thanks for good meeting!

I booked three rooms, 2 of the 3 rooms were upgraded for free. I got sick and they sent me ginger tea to my room without me asking for it. look for Ismael he’s a dear, we were sad we couldn’t say goodbye before leaving. the room view was breathtaking, and even with my messiness they were able to clean the room perfectly and organize my stuff. location is also great, metro station, super market, pharmacy, currency exchange, river and galata tower, all is 2-5 minutes walking distance. galata port and Eminonu grand bazar are 20 minutes walking distance taksim square is 8 minutes away. bars and restaurants are less than 10 minutes walking distance. over all, location is close to everything.

The staff was the best staff i’ve ever encountered in my many stays at 5 star hotels. They were absolutely amazing and kind, very helpful, Merler,moustafa, hamea, hazer and the very kind man at the front desk with the green eyes. They helped us find taxis, good restaurants, just helpful all around. I felt very safe in the hotel and comfortable and so did my friends. A fantastic experience and would go again to this hotel.

It was extremely clean and comfortable. The staff were genuinely friendly and gracious. Breakfast was of high quality and offered an excellent variety. The room was modern and offered everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend this property.
