I stayed for 9 days there and i don’t regret it. Staff are super friendly and welcoming. They were always helpful w provided everything we needed from water to even bringing coffee and cake whenever we missed breakfast. They upgraded us to a bigger room when they saw that the room we booked was narrow for us. They gave us their metro card and umbrellas for our whole stay whenever we got out. best stay and we will definitely come back again. I highly recommend this place for anyone searching for good prices and very clean hotels.

Attractively situated in the Fatih district of Istanbul, Premium Hotel Old City is situated 1.9 km from Suleymaniye Mosque, 3.4 km from Spice Bazaar and 3.8 km from Basilica Cistern. Modern and clean room with good breakfast, it is one of the most comfortable hotels I stayed at during my 3-week trip in Turkey. It is not true that the breakfast is the same everyday. I could see the kitchen staff making effort to give varieties. I arrived late in the evening and the gentleman at reception helped me order food delivery and even brought it over to my room. Customer service was excellent. The staff I had contact with were all friendly and helpful. That's why I decided to stay there again at the end of my trip before I flew out of Istanbul. Location is also excellent, close to all kinds of transportation, will stay there again if I visit the city again.
