I love Mest Hotel!!! everything was perfect the lady in charge of cleaning out room was so kind and smiling, thank you Madame Shelifa, as well the guy in reception that was at midday, he was so helpful and also kind.

We booked a room with view and the photos were exactly what the room we were waiting for. The personnel were very friendly, very helpful and there was someone to help 24/7. The hotel is recommended for every type of guests, family-friends-couple. It is very close to the central market, to the metro station and to everything you need for your stay. We definitely going to visit mr. Osman again.

Kuigi hotell asub väga tiheda liiklusega lärmakas piirkonnas, siis tuppa see eriti ei kostunud, aknad on hästi tihendatud. Hommikusööki pakuti 8.korrusel võrratu vaatega restoarnis, söögi valik piisav ja mitmekülgne, sai tellida muna, omletti. Asukoht on väga hea, erinevad ühistranspordi võimalused lähedal: buss, tramm, metroo, laev.

Unioni Hotel Karaköy asub Istanbuli kesklinnas, 400 meetri kaugusel Galata tornist ja 1,2 km kaugusel vürtsiturust. The hotel was lovely, very clean and comfortable . The staff too kind . They all treated us as a family . The reception staff so helpful . The location was perfect . Near Galata tower and Galata port , few minutes walking to karakoy tram station . The view of the room was speechless specially at night .
