Hotel staff is professional with warm service.the location is near by metro about 200meters.very convenient.Hotel facility is quite modern.

Hotell Torun asub Topkapi piirkonna südames, Pazartekke trammipeatusest vaid 300 meetri kaugusel. Sealt saab lihtsasti sõita ajaloolisesse Sultanahmeti piirkonda. After spending a week at the hotel, we are overall very satisfied with the service (Mr Cengiz and the night reception boy were very attentive), the breakfast was varied and very good, and the location is 1 min from the metro. It was very pleasant.

I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel for the second time and was thoroughly satisfied with its prime location and exceptional staff. The hotel’s location is perfect, 100 meters to Bazartekke tram station, offering easy access to the major attractions and amenities such as Aqueduct of Valence, Fatih Mosque and Complex, Hagias Sophia Museum, Eyup Sultan Mosque, Suleymaniyes Mosque and all the way down to Eminönü tram station. The front desk staff Mr. Murad and Mr. Hussain were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making check-in, check-out and any inquiries or requests a breeze. Additionally, the restaurant manager Ms. Livan deserves praise for the excellent service and delicious meals that offer you different choices for every different day, and the gratitudes are extended to the guests care employees, Marjan & Mohamed. A special thanks to the hotel manager for ensuring everything was perfect during my stay

It's a good location. Near tram station and metro station. Have private parking. Restaurants nearby. The heating in the room very good, all the things in the bathroom work excellent. They make cleaning every day, towels change. It was a nice hotel experience.

Situated 200 metres from the historical city walls of Istanbul, Holiday Inn Istanbul City is only 50 metres from the Pazartekke Tram Station, allowing easy access to Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque. I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Istanbul City and had a fantastic experience, thanks largely to the exceptional team on hand. A special shoutout to Fahri, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. His English is excellent, making communication so easy, and he was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Fahri even took the time to make sure we got the best value for our money by confirming that booking directly with the hotel was cheaper than using a platform – a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. Another mention goes to Ezgi, who welcomed us with a warm smile at reception. She was accommodating and made the extra effort to provide me with a quiet space to pray within the hotel, which I truly appreciated. Serdar also deserves credit for being attentive and friendly, creating a very welcoming atmosphere overall. Room: The room standard was excellent – clean, cosy, and well-maintained. For smokers, there’s a dedicated smoking floor (5th floor), which was convenient. Overall, the hospitality at Holiday Inn Istanbul City is second to none. The staff truly make this place stand out, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul. Thank you again to Fahri, Ezgi, and Serdar for making our stay so enjoyable – I’ll be back!
