The hotel offered very comfortable, spacious rooms with all necessary amenities. Breakfast combined "universal" menu with a few special Turkish dishes and sweets. All the staff at the hotel was very kind but I would like to extend my special thanks to Mr. Orhun. He was extremely helpful in addressing numerous issues like transportation, restaurants in the vicinity, places to visit etc. And he was very hospitable by offering the "welcome" tea upon arrival and the "farewell" tea before departure.

It's not the first time we chose staying at the hotel. Close to bus and tram station. Lots of markets and restaurants. Our favorite place to stay when we are in Istanbul.

In a prime location in the Fatih district of Istanbul, Yuvam akmarmara hotel is set 5.2 km from Spice Bazaar, 5.3 km from Suleymaniye Mosque and 5.9 km from Halic Congress Center. Piccolo hotel tranquillo in posizione perfetta, poco distante da Sultanahmet, ha un capolinea dei bus di fronte e per chi arriva in auto il parcheggio è proprio davanti, basta farlo presente. Stazione del tram a pochi passi , 10 minuti a piedi quella della metro. Camera e bagno pulitissime, aria condizionata, colazione abbondante con pane, burro , marmellata e miele, vari tipi di formaggio, uova, pomodoro e cetrioli (tipica turca) , zuppa, the, latte e a richiesta ti viene servito anche il caffè: a richiesta perché non rientra negli standard della colazione turca ed è solubile, ma buono; possibilità di consumare la colazione anche nei tavolini all’esterno, in compagnia di alcuni dolcissimi gatti , piacevolissimo! Tenete presente che l’hotel è una palazzina di qualche piano senza ascensore, ma questo non costituisce una mancanza, ma una caratteristica dell’architettura turca, a meno che non frequentiate grandi hotel di catena… Tengo a precisare tutte queste cose perché ho letto critiche inesistenti di persone che hanno frequentato l’hotel senza contestualizzare il luogo, il paese e la cultura in cui si immergono. La struttura è perfetta e l’accoglienza fantastica: il proprietario ti accoglie, ti consiglia, ti spiega i trucchi su come muoverti , su dove mangiare, su cosa vedere, su cosa non fare, è pronto a darti qualunque tipo di aiuto e di consiglio perché il tuo soggiorno sia il più piacevole possibile! Bravi, è stata un’esperienza fantastica soggiornare da voi!!

I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel for the second time and was thoroughly satisfied with its prime location and exceptional staff. The hotel’s location is perfect, 100 meters to Bazartekke tram station, offering easy access to the major attractions and amenities such as Aqueduct of Valence, Fatih Mosque and Complex, Hagias Sophia Museum, Eyup Sultan Mosque, Suleymaniyes Mosque and all the way down to Eminönü tram station. The front desk staff Mr. Murad and Mr. Hussain were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making check-in, check-out and any inquiries or requests a breeze. Additionally, the restaurant manager Ms. Livan deserves praise for the excellent service and delicious meals that offer you different choices for every different day, and the gratitudes are extended to the guests care employees, Marjan & Mohamed. A special thanks to the hotel manager for ensuring everything was perfect during my stay

It's a good location. Near tram station and metro station. Have private parking. Restaurants nearby. The heating in the room very good, all the things in the bathroom work excellent. They make cleaning every day, towels change. It was a nice hotel experience.
