It was my second time in Golden Horn Momento and my experience was exceptional for both times. Location of the hotel is perfect - you are in the heart of Galata Neighborhood, one of the most vibrant spots of the city, enjoying the gorgeous views over Golden Horn, Suleymanye Mosque, Hagia Sophia and other beautiful and significant landmarks of the city. Port Galata, Spice Market, Istiklal street and other new and old iconic spots are all within the walking distance, other attractions are easily reachable by public transport (metro, bus), which are also very close to the hotel. Every morning we enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the cozy restaurant of the hotel, located on the last floor, and again, had panoramic views over Golden Horn and a bustling harbor. I would like to express my gratitude to the entire staff for their warm hospitality and attention to detail, making my stay at Golden Horn Momento truly memorable. Special thanks to Sedat - I had contacted him prior to my arrival in Istanbul, and he not only accommodated my family of three with the best possible room, but also made sure it boasted an amazing view. Throughout our stay, Sedat consistently ensured we were comfortable and enjoying our time at the hotel. I would also like to say special thanks to Serdar, who showed remarkable attentiveness throughout our stay. On our last day, he went the extra mile by arranging the best possible Mercedes car for our journey to the airport. Serdar made sure we had a comfortable ride, particularly considering the traffic jams Istanbul often experiences on weekends. My thanks to Eren, Fatih and all the nice people working in the hotel - they significantly contribute to making guests feel welcome and comfortable in the hotel. I look forward to the opportunity to stay in Momento Golden Horn again and experience the same level of outstanding service.

Set in a 150-year old renovated Ottoman tobacco company building, Régie Ottoman Istanbul is located in the Historic Peninsula. Has a Turkish-Anatolian cuisine restaurant that is in Michelin Guide... Since my fight landed at 5:30AM, I arrived at hotel at 7:30AM. Mr. George at the front desk welcomed us with smile. We found out that by mistake, I booked 2 attic rooms for family of 5 which is not enough. It was worry for us as we travelled all night long late ewe find out that booking wasn’t correct. But Mr. George took care of us by upgrading us to family suite with 2 connected rooms, and not only that he also let us check in at 8AM, Regular check in was at 12. Mr. George and his staff really care about their customer and made our stay wonderful without any worry.
