My luggage's wheels were broken, he was searching and calling some places to come over to fix them for me. Unfortunately, the guy was asking the prices much higher than the deal over the phone. The owner paid all the bill even is not his job. He is incredibly helpful and generous with their time and money. I would recommend to friends, and will definitely stay again if I'm back there.

It very near to sukiya, starbucks, krispy kreme, indian restaurant and many japanese restaurant nearby. If you like halal food there is a halal restaurant in shinsaibashi, just 5 minutes walk.
