The superb hotel with a modern design at a great location and plenty of authentic restaurants around, clean with the excellent view from the 30th floor we stayed at. Breakfasts were very diverse and meant to satisfy every taste. Would be happy to come back there again and explore more of a fantastic Osaka!

Staff were not very fluent in English, but the attention and the service was top when they helped us send our luggages. Lots of self-storage available for the day. Lobby was spacious, served us well as a meeting point for our big group. Location was very central, could walk to most touristy places in Osaka. Room size was average for Japanese size; could fit luggage below the bed. Would stay again👍👍👍
