Great service from the staff, also polite and friendly. The room was amazing, quite spacious, all amenities were included and refills available at the reception, and the beds were very comfortable. I absolutely recommend this hotel for your stay in Osaka!

The staff also very helpful where I can leave my luggage as I need to travel to other city and return back to stay at the same hotel. There is also facility to laundry which make it perfect for long stay.
