Fantastic location in the heart of Dontonbori. Extremely quiet and clean, the room we stayed in was both functional and comfortable. The highlight was definitely the massage chairs, pool tables and free drinks in the communal areas. Highly recommend

It's in Ame-Mura and so convenient to travel from with Shinsaibashi, Yotsubashi and Namba subway stations as well as Namba Nankai and JR Namba stations all within easy reach by foot. The staff were very nice, kind and welcoming - 本当にありがとうございます. They answered every question I had and always had a smile on their faces. You can get free complimentary toiletries from the lobby. The room had one of the best showers ever. The cleaners were very polite and professional - - 本当にありがとうございます. There are a plethora of local restaurants and eateries and attractions literally within 1 minute walk. Explore and be amazed.

Amazing helping staff (international staff)all spoke perfect English that was really helpful, i lost my train ticket and the all really put in the effort to find it ,and called the metro and train station to find it, i am really thankful for them , breakfast was goed and the wellness eara was amazing ,hotels location was perfect everything was walking distance from highlights to metro .i would really recommend it.
