We got free upgrade to a suite, the room was spacious with kitchen and washing machine. It was very clean and quiet. The location was also very convenient, walking distance to Dontonbori and Rapid train to airport.

The hotel is in a very nice neighborhood, away from the hussle, yet very close to centeral places like Dotonburi..
you may walk from hotel to center in 20 minutes, and you may also reach the subway with a 10 minutes walk..
our room was large enough compared to Japan Hotels.. the bathroom is well equipped.. the shower equipments are good quality.. the sound insulation and the blackout curtains are making it great to sleep..
ah I have to mention how good it feels the super soft and yet great bed after long days of exploring and walking ..
there are 24h open convenience stores and a 24h open McDonald’s around.. which makes it easy to handle late requirements..
There is coffee, water, soft drinks and tea served free for all hotel guests. It was great to sit in the nicely decorated reception hall watch outside and drink coffee before you start the days.. there is also a buffet breakfast and restaurant inside but we have not tried..
coin laundry is easy to access and use..you can check out the status of your laundry from your tv of your room..

One of the most enjoyable hotels to stay. Beautiful Japanese style decoration that feels exotic, but also has all the amenities to make one feel like staying at home. Located in the CBD and away from the nearest subway/train exit. Safe and lively neighborhood. No shoes after the hallway. Room has the just right size for a couple. Lights can be blackout completely for a restful night. Top floor onsen is amazing and relaxing. Breakfast buffet offers great variety for foreigners. Free stuff throughout the day makes the day for us each time.

It’s super clean and the rooms were spacious compared to other properties in Japan! The mirror in the rooms are partly heated so that even if you shower the mirror stays clear, which is very helpful. The staff was friendly and the rooms are quiet and comfortable for a good sleep. If you arrive in Osaka via the airport line at Namba Station it is a 10-15 minute walk!
The hotel apartments were comfortable, clean and large. We booked 2 apartments (2-bedroom apartment and superior apartment) for a family of 6. The location is a 10-minute walk from Namba station so it is convenient to get different parts of Osaka. The staff members were friendly and helpful. There are two washing machines on the roof level. Breakfast is included. Drinks (coffee, tea and soda) are also available throughout the day. There is a 7-Eleven across the street so very convenient when you need some snacks!
The hotel is located in a really, good area, close to Namba station and Dotonbori. The VOD in the TV offered some free content also. Breakfast was okay.
Location is pretty good. It is about 6-9 mins to either Shinsaibashi or Namba station and also walking distance to Dotonbori, Shinsaibashi and Orange Street. Food options are plenty around the hotel and the oden/takoyaki shop across the hotel is really good. 24 hours self service soft drinks and coffee in the lobby is nice touch.
The hotel is relatively new with good location. The hotel is new and fully equipped with amenities. The room is quite large and having separate shower and toilet is a plus. The hotel is well located within a short walking distance to Namba station and shops and restaurants nearby.
The room was small but clean. We had enough space for luggage and shopping.
It was near everything in Namba. There was a convenience store beside the hotel-Lawson's. It was in front of the entrance to the Kurumon Market. It was very near the Namba Nankai Station for airport access. It was also near a Takashimaya. I really loved being able to wander through the Namba station mall, and Namba walk but still be near the hotel.
Great room - functional/ Separate toilet and shower. Clean and comfortable. Laundry facilities at the hotel. Great location right in the heart of Dotonbori and across from Namba station so only a 2 min walk to the hotel from the train. Family Mart located next door. Close to all the restaurants and shopping. Also if you miss the housekeeping service, they hang fresh towels / and toiletries in a bag on your door which was a nice touch

Very clean and comfortable, one of the best hotels in Osaka everywhere you go there is a very nice scent. All staff we met spoke good English and they were friendly and welcoming explaining clearly whatever we wanted to know about in Osaka. The location was excellent, you can go explore anywhere walking or from the Namba station nearby or even just go downstairs to the connected mall and enjoy food and shopping. We stayed there for four nights and would definitely return when visiting Osaka again.
It’s a new and super clean apartment. very well located near Namba station. If you traveling in Osaka area you should try to stay there. In apartment you will find all facilities that you need.
