The location was incredible. Everything was in decent walking distance that we wanted to get to. Especially shopping. Lots of little eateries to choose from.
Elevator from the station goes straight to your hotel floor. Staff were helpful and kind as most Japanese are. Comfortable beds. Luggage forwarding service.

The hotel is situated in a converted building (former department store), located 10 minutes from Namba station, close to shopping centres. The staff was very kind, the room was spacious and nicely decorated. It is a very convenient place for tourists, as they have a laundry self wash service and a lounge for cooking/eating/having free coffee. I would definitely recommend the hotel.

Amazing location - right near Namba station which can take you to wherever you want to go. The food themed room was so cute. Host was also great to communicate with - she was very helpful. Tonnes of awesome restaurants around the hotel and 24/7 convenience store next door.
We were pleasantly surprised at the size of the apartment. Beds were very comfortable. Washing machine was a bonus. Location was right next door to a subway station and about a 10-15 minute walk to Namba station. Maccas and 711 were walking distance 👍 Reception open from 10am and are happy to hold your bags if needed
Generally good area and central location with 5 min walk to Kuromon market, unfortunately mostly a touristic market.

House where apartment was situation is newly built so very fresh and easy access to apartment via key system etc.
If location is important, then this is a good choice.
The new hotel had a great location—just minutes from Namba Station, which was convenient for the Rapi:t train to Kansai International Airport, and about a 10-minute walk to Shinsaibashi. The staff were helpful, and the lounge on the 32nd floor was enjoyable with our Club access (made us feel like we were in Bangkok too). The complimentary late check-out was a nice bonus.
Compared to other rooms in Japan, the rooms we got were a very good size.
Location (500m) from Namba Station was very convenient, plus location is convenient to food & shopping districts.
We were able to use the washer facilities & actually chose this hotel because of this.
We particularly loved the toilet, of course, and think the separate shower & toilet setup should be followed in all hotels.

Perfectly located near Namba station close to main attractions, 10/10 breakfast with huge variety of Japanese and western food, nice interior and building exterior design, pieces of art all over the hotel, stunning views from high floors
This is a small apartment located in a condominium in a local area 15 minutes walk from Namba station. If you want to live as a japanese and not a tourist : choose this apartment. You can sometimes hear the neighbours... but again it is the real life in Japan. There is also a cheap supermarket just 2 minutes walk from apartment.
The hotel has great location in the middle of Namba, next to Namba station, but still in a quite street. Many restaurants and shopping around, direct train to the airport.
We had a room with 4 beds which was really small but it is usual in Japan.
Check in via QR code was simple, the room was well appointed and equipped and there was a free breakfast available in Hotel S-Presso Central that was an 8 minute walk away. The location of the hotel was also excellent for our needs and Namba station was a 12 minute walk from the apartment. I will stay here again when I return to Osaka. Thank you for the hospitality Hotel S-Presso South.
