Great location. Right above Nippombashi station and walking distance to KUROMON market and Dontobori. The 7-11 downstairs also provide great convenience for shopping snacks and drinks.
The location was excellent, if a tiny bit seedy (massage parlor in the building, love hotels nearby). Despite the seediness, we (3 women) did not feel unsafe. It is very near the Nippombashi station and literally one block from Dotonbori. The air conditioning worked well and there was a washer.
Breakfast is amazing, location is great as well, only a 7 minute walk from Namba station and 2 minute walk to Nippombashi station. Enough space in the room for two suitcases. Friendly staff.
Great location for going to Dotonburi St, and for using Nippombashi Station. Room was on the 11th floor so I had a great view of the city of Osaka. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and made a couple of hiccups easy to deal with. The breakfast buffet that we decided to pay for was quite good and had a lot of variety; some items offered would change daily. The bed was probably the softest one that I slept on during my trip.
The apartment was in a great location and a 10 min walk to the main dotonbori area where the glico running man is. It was also a 10 mins walk to kintetsu nippombashi station which we took to get to Nara and it was close to a lot of really great restaurants. The apartment itself was clean and spacious for 2 people. The shower had hot water, great water pressure, and shampoo/conditioner/shower gel in the bathroom. No complaints!
