The hotel is about 8/10 minutes from Shinsaibashi metro station and close to Dotonbori. You have restaurants and bars all around and even a convenient store inside the hotel premises! Great service from the staff, also polite and friendly. The room was amazing, quite spacious, all amenities were included and refills available at the reception, and the beds were very comfortable. I absolutely recommend this hotel for your stay in Osaka!

It's one of the places we always look forward to when visiting Japan for family meetings. -Beautiful bathroom. -The design of the rooms is superior to other hotels in terms of space efficiency. (We visit about 15 different hotels throughout Japan annually which made me realize that the architect has done an outstanding job here)

Opening in November 2017, Karaksa Hotel Osaka Namba is conveniently located a 5-minute walk from Subway Namba Station or a 10-minute walk from JR Namba Station or a 15-minute walk from Nankai Dentetsu... Beliggenheten og vennelig resepsjon. De var alltid til stedet. I tillegg var det 24/7 selvbetjening drikkestasjon gratis, der fikk du vann, brus, juice og små snacks. Kaffe og te er også gratis og veldig godt.

Det er tredje gangen jeg bor på dette hotellet mens jeg er i Osaka, og flere skal det nok bli. Det er ekstremt sentralt og rommene har en god størrelse. Å starte eller avslutte dagen i sky spa og spise snacks i utsiktsrommet mens man ser utover byen har blitt en favorittaktivitet.

Opened in April 2016, Sotetsu Grand Fresa Osaka-Namba features free WiFi throughout the entire property and an on-site restaurant. The hotel location is great near with mini market and train station. The staff also very helpful where I can leave my luggage as I need to travel to other city and return back to stay at the same hotel. There is also facility to laundry which make it perfect for long stay.
