The hotel is near train station and several convenience stores. 2. Facilities. 3. Security. One thing that I want to acknowledge the hotel is the extra help given to us in regards to our luggages. Due to language barrier with 7-eleven staff and no access to sim card, we were not able to arrange for a luggage delivery service. We got help from the housekeeping lady who called one of the receptionists on 16 dec 2023. The reception agreed to help us and we left our luggages and funds in our rooms. They helped us arrange for luggage delivery and with their assistance, our luggages arrived in Tokyo the next day. My family is very thankful to the hotel staff. We greatly appreciate all their help. :)

Waqoo Shitaderamachi is situated in Tennoji, in Osaka. The accommodation is 500 metres from popular areas such as Tsutenkaku and Shinsekai. I loved the traditional design of the room. The breakfast was very delicious. The receptionists were very attentive and friendly. When I come back to Osaka, this hotel will be my first choice to book it again!

The room is a good size and we enjoyed our time here.

Polite staff. It was convenient and comfortable for me with a small child. Convenient location, 7 minutes to the metro station. There is a supermarket not far from the hotel.

Hotel Trusty Osaka Abeno is just a 2-minute walk from Tennojiekimae Station and a 5-minute walk from Tennoji Station. There is free luggage storage and a 24-hour front desk available on site. Great luxurious Hotel, when I was booking the Hotel, I thought this was just a regular hotel, 2 maybe 3 stars, turns out it was a 4 star hotel! Everything in the hotel is luxurious, and the room has amenities for things I have no idea what they are for. I may be a simple man, but the staff still made me feel welcome.

The hotel went above and beyond fulfilling my request to have a small extra for valentine's day. Was exceptional! staff didn't charge that much extra and they gave their best effort to please us.
