Waqoo Shitaderamachi is situated in Tennoji, in Osaka. The accommodation is 500 metres from popular areas such as Tsutenkaku and Shinsekai. We thought that the hotel was absolutely perfect! We couldn't get over how helpful and kind all of the staff were. They rang a taxi for us and personally waited until our taxi pulled away with us in it. The room was fantastic with everything we could possibly need. Beds were super comfortable and the location was great - just a short 25 minute walk until you were in the heart of Osaka.

Opened in March 2014, Osaka Marriott Miyako Hotel is located on the high floors of Abeno Harukas building featuring direct access to Tennoji Station. Amazing location, literally over the train station, and has a mall right downstairs. Everything in the room was great, the view was beautiful and the vibe of the reception was exceptional. As for more of the room, the bathroom was great, the AC was super cold which is exactly what you need when visiting Osaka in September.

One thing that I want to acknowledge the hotel is the extra help given to us in regards to our luggages. Due to language barrier with 7-eleven staff and no access to sim card, we were not able to arrange for a luggage delivery service. We got help from the housekeeping lady who called one of the receptionists on 16 dec 2023. The reception agreed to help us and we left our luggages and funds in our rooms. They helped us arrange for luggage delivery and with their assistance, our luggages arrived in Tokyo the next day. My family is very thankful to the hotel staff. We greatly appreciate all their help. :)
