The location is great, the Staffs were exceptionally nice and helpful, especially for foreigners. The room is big enough for us, a family of 4 (2 kids under 10 yo), to sleep and to walk around the room. We also used the laundry a few times during our stays and it was good. I have recommended this facility to others and will keep doing so to others.

Hotel is in a great location, staff were exceptional and very helpful with sorting out our luggage transfer to Tokyo. It's perfect for a night or two and represents excellent value.

Bed was super comfy, loads of storage space for our luggage. Would highly recommend

Great location!! Next to Aeon and McDonald’s (both open 24h if I’m not mistaken), is great if you’re not paying for breakfast at the hotel & felt safe walking around even when you wanted to get late night snacks. Clean and comfortable bed, the size of the room is just nice for solo travellers. Great staff too! They tried their best to communicate with you (since there’s language barrier) and help you, really appreciate the effort! Overall, really recommended!! Small mishap: If you want to send your luggages to the airport for convenience, better to ask the receptionists in details and make sure they could do same day delivery if you’re thinking one.
