Not cheap but well worth the price Centrally located/near the major train stations Surrounding Namba parks, Takashimaya and loads of eateries/restaurants Quiet but very accessible to Dohtonburi The staff were exceptional. very pleasant and accommodating The rooms (stayed in 2811 and 2811) were spacious and clean (loved the wood floors). Bathrooms were huge with a separate toilet Amenities were of good quality. Laundry services were efficient and quick. Overall, would definitely stay at Centara Grand Hotel again

The hotel is situated in a converted building (former department store), located 10 minutes from Namba station, close to shopping centres. The staff was very kind, the room was spacious and nicely decorated. It is a very convenient place for tourists, as they have a laundry self wash service and a lounge for cooking/eating/having free coffee. I would definitely recommend the hotel.

My wife and i was here on our honeymoon whole staying in osaka and we loooooved the reception-staff! When we arrived we were greeted by a sweet lady who told us about herself and welcomed us and we instantly felt at home! Every morning we had breakfast at the hotel and bought the breakfast entrance at the reception from the same person and every Morning we were greeted with a lovely smile, and after buying breakfast 5 days in a row she started greeting us with fun little "breakfast again :)?". The rooms were nice, the laundry was superb and everything about the breakfast was AMAZING! We will come back to this hotel for the staff and breakfast. Location was great too and rooms were nice. 10/10 hotel.

We stayed here twice: once in the Pokémon room (which the kids loved), and the second, longer time, in a normal family room. We enjoyed our stay both times a lot. The hotel is a 15 min walk from the Namba stations and about 10 min to the nearest metro station. The Dotonbori area is around the corner and you'll find many shops and restaurants closeby. The rooms are well laid out, ideal for a family stay. You can lend items like a stroller, toaster, etc. free of charge. There is a laundry facility as well. Staff is incredibly helpful in recommending places to eat, trips, luggage forwarding, etc. The real star of the staff has to be Jay, who was not only super helpful, but really surprised us with a small, but very attentive little gift for the kids on our last night. It's people like Jay that make the difference between a really good, and a memorable, hotel experience. Would stay here again without any doubt.

Open in 2018, just a minute's walk from Shinsaibashi Station, Feel Osaka Yu offers shared dormitory rooms and private rooms. Free WiFi and a shared kitchen are provided. Everything was so good. The property is near to train station and shopping center. Walking going to Dotonbori. All staff are so much good. I will surely come back soon. Thank you Osaka Feel Yu! 🩵🙏

Hotel 88 Shinsaibashi is an 8-minute walk from OCAT (Osaka City Air Terminal) and a 10-minute walk from Namba Station. Glico Man Sign is a 4-minute walk from the property. The location, Shinsaibashi, is very accessible to the must visit places in the area and very close to Dotonbori and Namba.
