The room was, quiet, very clean and really comfortable, with great views of the city skyline. The breakfast was tasty, with a good selection of foods. The staff was really friendly and helpful. We appreciated a lot the fact that they offered a gift for my husband's birthday (nice chocolates and a bottle of wine). We really felt welcomed.

Friendly staff, extremely good location in Umeda district with underground connection to metro and train stations. Tons and tons food options nearby, including plethora of restaurants in the subterranean Whity mall where you can get to right from the hotel basement passage. Rooms is according to description. It's basic and small, but most of ordinary hotels in Japan have small rooms. So it's not a minus but a reality. Breakfast in the adjacent restaurant is OK. Basic but convenient. Staff there is also friendly. Shower is nice. Good water pressure and temperature easy to regulate. We stayed for more than a week and it served the purpose of recuperating after long walks.
