We really enjoyed staying at this nice hotel. Good location, no more than 10-min walk to Osaka/Umeda station, and there is also another metro station which is closer to the hotel. The room may seem a little bit outdated but everything inside the room is very clean and well-maintained. Services are very kind as well. Overall, there is enough evidence to show that staffs definitely did great job in operating this over 30-year-old hotel.

Great location, conveniently located next to station, the staff here are god gifted people to humanity. They are kind, humble, attentive, thoughtful, caring and will go above and beyond. If we ever visit Osaka again this is the only property we would stay at. Just wow. Also had dinner at their Cantonese restaurant last night and it ended up being the best Chinese dinner I have had in my life. Just amazing overall experience from start to finish. Miss them and having serious withdrawals at the moment.

The hotel is a 4 minute walk from Herbis Osaka Bus Station so access to/from both Kansai and Itami airports is a breeze especially if you have a lot of luggage. The staff were amazing and professional and are always eager to assist. The lobby has an automated money exchange machine. The room was clean and tidy with awesome toiletries and amenities. The Wifi was very reliable. The elevator corridor where the rooms are located has a vending machine and a microwave. You can easily access the rooms’ floor through the basement elevator so you don’t have to pass through the lobby.
