Featuring a classic European-style decor, The Ritz-Carlton Osaka is conveniently located just a 7-minute walk from JR Osaka Station and a 5-minute walk from Nishi-Umeda Subway Station. Great location, conveniently located next to station, the staff here are god gifted people to humanity. They are kind, humble, attentive, thoughtful, caring and will go above and beyond. If we ever visit Osaka again this is the only property we would stay at. Just wow. Also had dinner at their Cantonese restaurant last night and it ended up being the best Chinese dinner I have had in my life. Just amazing overall experience from start to finish. Miss them and having serious withdrawals at the moment.

Very easy laundry machine operation with reasonable price. My daughter really enjoyed the spa, too. Really appreciate the hotel storing our luggage for us while we are away for the four nights.
