The location is great, the Staffs were exceptionally nice and helpful, especially for foreigners. The room is big enough for us, a family of 4 (2 kids under 10 yo), to sleep and to walk around the room. We also used the laundry a few times during our stays and it was good. It is one of the best hotel I ever stayed. Everything is perfect; location is just walking distance to running man, many eatery around the hotel area, and staff can actually speak excellent English. The room is exceptional clean and really almost everything is perfect. My 6 years old daughter love the bunk bed and she say is the perfect hotel she ever stayed. Definitely recommend mimaru hotel to everyone coming to Japan.

We stayed at their sister hotel in Tokyo as well and this was our favourite hotel chain during our 2 week cycling trip in Japan. Very well thought out design and details that made it comfortable and efficient for travellers. The Aeon market right next door was amazing and super convenient since it was 24hrs.
