The staff are excellent, they can't help you enough. Great value accommodation, clean and spacious. I cannot understand why it's not a 5 star hotel. I will return soon, it just made my stay in Kyoto so so much better. A special thanks to Machi and Yoshi. I highly recommend this hotel, especially because of Machi and Yoshi, I can not truly say how welcomed I was , how nice the staff are ...especially Machi and Yoshi.

Situated in the centre of Kyoto, Kyoto Plaza Hotel Kintetsu Jujo is set 2.7 km from Tofuku-ji Temple and 2.8 km from Kyoto Station. The breakfast I thought it would be bad but it actually was amazing and loved it. They put water downstairs to drink and ice pops to cool after going to the sharing bath I forgot the name in Japanese. But I enjoyed it I felt like I was actually in the house. What I liked the most was the women downstairs who cleaned the place and put the food for breakfast she was so kind I loved her so much, she is truly a heartwarming person. I’ll definitely come back
