We have stayed at nearly 20 different hotels over the last few years of travelling to Japan, but this has been the best one yet! - Location is perfect, as it is situated on a quiet street so we always felt well rested, but only a 5 minute walk to Nishiki Market, Life supermarket, and plenty of shopping, department stores, and restaurants within walking distance. We barely needed to take public transit - Very clean and calming atmosphere, right from the moment you step in. Everything is thoughtfully and tastefully decorated and designed with comfort, quality, and elegance in mind. Even the hotel bathrooms were stunning and spotless! - Hotel amenities were excellent! Elevators were nearly instant as there are fewer guests in a boutique hotel. The lounge was the best we’ve ever experienced, with a generous selection of snacks and drinks in a quiet and relaxing environment - Rooms are very spacious and had plenty of space for luggage. Bathrooms are beautifully appointed and feel like a spa - ample counter space, split bathroom design, and relaxing rain shower - Small thoughtful details show a commitment to quality, such as plush slippers, high quality teas from our favourite Ippodo Tea in the room - Staff was so wonderful and treated us with so much warmth and consideration! They moved our luggage to our rooms for us prior to us checking in, and even helped my mother in law prepare fruit for us! We have never experienced service that went above and beyond like this - thank you very much for making our trip so wonderful and memorable, our whole family is grateful! We hope to stay here again soon!

It is less than 10-min walking distance from Kyoto station and very easy to find. Our room was quite big considering normal Japanese hotel rooms. Public spa was great including outdoor one. Excellent in overall if you would like to look for a hotel near the station and relax after your day.

Amazing hotel in the Japanese traditional style, where you are supposed to walk bare foot all over the place. Lovely onsens, both private and public, are avaliable without reservation, you can wear traditional and cosy japanese-style bathrobes and try free of charge evening's soup and icecreams. The staff is always ready to help and polite. We felt a taste of Japan there, even if we were just to stay in the hotel and not to see the cultural heritage of Kyoto! Highly recommended place!

El guesthouse és a prop de l'estació central de Kyoto (a peu 17') i també a prop de trens i busos. Les habitacions són noves i molt correctes L'hotel ofereix ampolles d'aigua i te de franc. El millor de tot lestabliment és el seu gerent, Kevin, super amable i disposat a ajudar en tot el que hem necessitat. Sens dubte tornaria a Hatsune Guesthouse
La ubicació perfecte. A pocs minuts de l'estació de Kyoto amb accès a metro, JR i bus. A més de la proximitat amb la Kyoto tower on es pot disfutar d'una selecció de restaurant per menjar. La habitació molt correcta, un xic petita. Un acert que l'hotel possi a la disposició dels hostes l'accès als banys termals. Molt recomenable
El tracte del personal, impecable. La situació prop de zones turístiques. Flexibilitat a l'hora de canviar l'esmorzar d'estil Japonès per un més continental. L'hotel és bonic i còmode. L'habitació té una banyera de fusta tipus onsen on ve molt de gust submergir-se després d'un dia de turisme per Kyoto.
Molt bona localització, a prop del barri de Gion. Esmorzar molt bo i variat. Llits individuals de 135cm i molt còmodes. Habitació molt gran per tractar-se d´un hotel del Japó. Impecablament net i el personal de l´hotel molt atent i educat. Si alguna vegada tornem a Kyoto ens hi tornarem a allotjar.
Hotel nou i molt funcional. Molt ben situat al costat d’una estació de metro (a una parada de l’estació de tren de Kyoto). La ubicació és molt bona per visitar les principals atraccions de la ciutat. Disposa de rentadora i assecadora. Molt recomanable i molt bona relació qualitat preu.
Hotel molt ben ubicat a 20min caminant de l'estació de Kyoto. Està tot molt net i és tot nou, dutxes molt còmodes amb tot lo necessari (sabó, tovalloles, secador de cabell). Lavabos molt nets tot i ser compartits. L'habitació i el personal correctes.
Hotel pràctic per dormir a Kyoto. Habitació petita pero confortable. Lavabo amb mini banyera. Situat a 20min de l’estacio de Tokyo agafant tren JR fins a la parada de Nijo. Si tens el JR pass et va de fàbula per mouret.
Tot fantàstic. Zones comunes grans i còmodes (cuina, biblioteca, terrassa), habitacions petites (com a tot el Japó) però impecables. El dia que ens va ploure ens van deixar paraigües. A tocar de l’estació de Kyoto.
Les instalacions son noves, modernes i molt netes. No falta de res. Els llits comodes i el lavabo bastant bé de tamany per ser Japó. Està a 10 minuts de l’estació de kyoto.

Hotel tradicional ben ubicat a Kyoto. Les habitacions eren molt àmplies i les instal·lacions molt adequades. L'esmorzar tenia varies opcions, i era molt complert.
