The hotel is literally a 5 minute walk from Kyoto station. Hotel is safe, very well maintained, clean and the staff are very friendly. They were very helpful is guiding me with my planning, in regards to how I should route my interests. There is a 7/11 across the street. A very nice ice cream place right next door and loads of dining options around the hotel as well as loads of options within the station. The rooms are well equipped. Separate shower, bath tub, toilet and sink. The size of the room is pretty good by Japan standards. There is a small couch in there, as well as a desk and chair. They have an onsen as well and a gym. Plus laundry facilities. Would highly recommend this hotel for its location, room, amenities and all.

Well situated in the centre of Kyoto, Hotel Emion Kyoto offers buffet breakfast and free WiFi throughout the property. Having purely gone off reviews when booking this accommodation, it definitely exceeded our expectations. Great size for a family of four. Clean with great amenities. Rooftop overlooking the city of Kyoto was lovely. Train station within walking distance and great restaurants nearby. Highly recommend!

The hotel decor is very authentic, the rooms are cozy and have a Japanese style look and feel. The rooms are immaculate and have all the facilities you can need. The hotel is located 10 mins away from Kyoto station and walkable distance to Gion district.

Just opposite shopping mall. The choice at breakfast far exceeded what I expected. The staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. Would highly recommend

The Thousand Kyoto features air-conditioned rooms with satellite flat-screen TV in the Shimogyo Ward district of Kyoto. Perfect location just a few steps away from Kyoto Station. Modern Japanese interior architecture, perhaps a little bit too dark for my taste. Clean, well acquitted room with all the amenities and perks one would expect. Very good breakfast, Western and Japanese. Nice and helpful staff as well the front desk as in all the restaurants. We would not hesitate to stay at The Thousand again on any future trip to Kyoto.

Set in the centre of Kyoto, 800 metres from TKP Garden City Kyoto, hotel Bell・Kyoto offers air-conditioned rooms and free WiFi. Excellent excellent hotel. The facilities were clean, staff was wonderful. This was the best of the 4 hotels I booked during my trip in Japan. It was close to the main station as well as many other bus and subway stations. In a perfect part of town. Beds were comfy, the room had a lot of natural light, and a large bathroom - something which is quite rare in Japan it seems

Marufukuro features a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and restaurant in Kyoto. I was glad to have learnt about this property and its history. The interiors are unique and the facilities are exceptional. Lounge access was a great option as well as the bar and library. The staff are so kind too and helpful. Can't wait to stay here again with my sister!

In a prime location in the centre of Kyoto, Kyoto Umekoji Kadensho is within 1.7 km of Kyoto Station and 1.8 km of TKP Garden City Kyoto. We loved that it was a modern version of a traditional Japanese Ryokan! The hotel was very clean both in the public areas and the hotel room! Staff was very kind and professional. They were very accommodating and well versed in different languages. Very foreign and local people friendly.
