Ideally situated in the centre of Kyoto, ALA HOTEL KYOTO features air-conditioned rooms, a fitness centre, free WiFi and a restaurant. I recently stayed at the ALA Hotel Kyoto, and I was very impressed with the hotel overall. The hotel is located in a very convenient location, just a 5-minute walk from Kyoto Station. This makes it very easy to get around the city, as the JR pass is very convenient for using public transportation. There is also a 7-Eleven just across the street, which is very convenient for picking up snacks and drinks. The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, even with the double twin bed. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was well-equipped with everything I needed, including a TV, refrigerator, and plenty of outlets. The bathroom was also very clean and spacious, and it had a nice soaking tub. The staff at the hotel were also very friendly and helpful. They were always willing to go the extra mile to make sure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. For example, one day I asked the front desk staff for help finding a map of the city. They were able to give me a map and even circle the main tourist attractions, which was very helpful. Overall, I had a very positive experience staying at the ALA Hotel Kyoto. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Kyoto.

Well situated in the centre of Kyoto, Hotel Emion Kyoto offers buffet breakfast and free WiFi throughout the property. The best location and convenient to travel around Kyoto and not to be crowed as the hotel at Kyoto station.I love this hotel. 7-11 is very close to the hotel. There are ice maker and microwave service as well.

Attractively situated in the centre of Kyoto, Onyado Nono Kyoto Shichijo Natural Hot Spring features buffet breakfast and free WiFi throughout the property. It's near the train station. Very convenient. The breakfast was pretty nice!

Attractively located in the Minami Ward district of Kyoto, GLANZ KEI Kyoto Station is situated 1.1 km from TKP Garden City Kyoto, 2.6 km from Sanjusangen-do Temple and 3 km from Tofuku-ji Temple. The manager and the team are very very friendly, and helpful, a very good hospitality! We got very well taken care of. There was one day we asked for best recommendation pan cake in town, they took affort to research and gave us few shops even though they don't know. If you need kitchenware for your cooking, just ask from them. If you need rice cooker, BBQ pan, or sauce, just ask them, they are well prepared. BTW, they will always greeting you whenever you going out in the morning, or coming back to the hotel.

Attractively set in the Shimogyo Ward district of Kyoto, MIMARU Kyoto Station is situated 1.4 km from Sanjusangen-do Temple, less than 1 km from Kyoto Station and 2.9 km from Gion Shijo Station. We are a family with a 6yo, 4yo and a 4mo baby. The hotel provided a free crib, a real one not a camping crib we usually get at hotels. The small apartment/room was very comfortable for a family. I had a microwave that fits Avent bottle sterilizator, a fridge, a freezer, a fully stocked kitchen. While we chose not to cook and mostly brought in goods from the convini (Lawson is better than 7/11 in my opinion, both are bear by) or take aqay from the station's McDonalds, Avanti's food court (right across the street) or Coco Curry. A large dining table, a spacious shower and bath and a laundry room (operated by coins) made traveling with kids a pleasant experience. We chose Kyoto station branch as we used it as base for Osaka and Nagoya too, and it made traveling around easier. For us it was a perfect location. The hotel also has a game lending library and we enjoyed several evenings playing with our kids.

Very friendly welcoming us. Our room was very well equipped, amenities missing could be picked in lobby. Floor plan of the room is perfect. The bed was very comfy. Room heating worked quiet and well. Design of the room is very appealing. Breakfast is great price value rate, nothing really missing. The sauna with long opening hours is very clean and beautiful. The Vischio: Wonderful.

Set in the centre of Kyoto, 800 metres from TKP Garden City Kyoto, hotel Bell・Kyoto offers air-conditioned rooms and free WiFi. The couple working at the front desk were so lovely, they made sure we felt very welcome. The room was perfect for 2 people, we mostly used the room for sleeping and getting freshened up, but not spending alot of time in the room for leisure since it is small. Loved the bathroom and shower amenities, no need to bring the usual body/hair wash products. Room was cozy and warm for the Kyoto winter. Reception had a beautiful vibe with a coffee machine and all the essentials. Location was great, on a quiet street but close to Family Mart, restaurants, about a 10 min walk to Kyoto station. Had a great time here and had no complaints! Great value for money

Situated in the Shimogyo Ward district in Kyoto, Tabist kiki HOTEL KYOTO Gojo Karasuma offers 3-star rooms with free WiFi. This hotel easily gave me the best experience in Kyoto, coming from a first-timer here. Good location, clean rooms, great facilities, friendly staff. The hotel felt very new (think it just reopened in 2023), and is located not far away from Gojo station, and there's even a 7-Eleven store nearby. The staff was very welcoming & proactive, and even gave us some souvenirs at the end of our stay. The room we stayed at was tatami-inspired and had a "MUJI-style" feel to it. It was also spacious & comfortable enough. For the washroom, the shower area & toilet seat were separated, which is great.
