This luxurious 5-star retreat has a fine-dining restaurant and romantic bedrooms about 3 km from the Royal Mile. Prestonfield is surrounded by gardens and a golf course. All fabulous! We thoroughly enjoyed food, service and surroundings.

The Scholar is a newly refurbished hotel located in the beautiful grounds of the Pollock Estate, just a few minutes’ walk from Arthurs Seat, Holyrood Park and the Meadows and within walking distance... The staff were all super kind enough to help us every time we need help.

KM Hotel offers an accommodation in the heart of Edinburgh’s historic Old Town, a stone’s throw from Princes Street, Waverley Rail Station, Edinburgh Castle and The Royal Mile. The warm welcome given by the hotel staff was the best. Thanks Adrián and Lucy! Besides, the cookies and Colombian coffee in the room were a delicious surprise.

Welcome to The Scott, where history intertwines with luxury in the heart of Edinburgh's Southside. We really like that the Scott was within walking distance (30min walking) from the city but far enough that could sleep in peace. It's a beautiful hotel, the staff is AMAZING! They really did everything to make us feel welcome and comfortable.

Just 0.5 miles from Edinburgh Waverley Rail Station, this 4-star Ten Hill Place, WorldHotels Distinctive is owned by the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and offers free WiFi. I think this is exactly what a hotel should be, everything is where it should be, the staff are kind, the room is comfy, and every detail seems to be thoroughly considered. Possibly one of the best hotels I have ever visited with out breaking the bank.

This elegant 4-star Victorian hotel offers luxurious rooms featuring iPod docks, flat-screen TVs, sherry and shortbread. Our 2nd stay at the Kildonan Lodge Hotel, our 1st being over 6 years ago. Even had the same, super room - #8! Still a very friendly & pleasant place to stay. Friendly staff, super location with bus lines right outside the front door to get into town. Can always ask for help or information.
