This hotel is just 656 feet from Callao and Plaza España Metro stations, on a quiet street just off Madrid’s Gran Via. it is right at the center of gran via, which is the main street of madrid, right near two metros — maybe even three. the staff were absolutely lovely & always greeted you with smile and very helpful. the laundry service was wonderful & not too pricey.

The hotel always smelled nice. If you are coming on December have in mind that the rooms only will have the heater on if you have a window its better because the room gets very hot.

It's an amazing hotel. I stayed only one night, but everything was perfect. It's a lovely hotel with a great atmosphere, amazing design, friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend it.
