She is super helpful for my trip about booking the ticket to any kind of activities liked museum, train ticket … make sure we can have a very smooth journey. Even brining me the train ticket to my room once it’s ready 🙏🙏🙏 it makes us feeling comfortable and relief sometimes when we know nothing about this country . It’s really amazing to us 🙏🙏🙏 overall the staffs of the hotel is nice and hospitality.

Palacio de los Duques Gran Meliá - The Leading Hotels of the World is located 984 feet from Madrid's Royal Palace, the Royal Theater and the Cathedral. One of the best stays i have had! The staff was well above expectations, the room was fantastic and the location was very good. I had the red level package with all its perks! The lounge had drinks and delicious snacks at all times. Breakfast was excelent with an amazing variety of options.

Ideally located in the center of Madrid, Letoh Letoh Gran Vía has air-conditioned rooms, a bar and free WiFi. The location of the hotel is perfect. Staff is really polite and the atmosphere of the hotel is modern. All facilities and rooms were clean. Noise levels were normal.
