Palacio de los Duques Gran Meliá - The Leading Hotels of the World is located 300 metres from Madrid's Royal Palace, the Royal Theatre and the Cathedral. Everything: the reception when you arrive, the room was very spacious, the bed and pillows were heaven, the food was really great. I had to leave before breakfast and they prepared a little to-go bag with fruit, coffee, juice, a sandwich etc. Everything was perfect.

Hotel Meninas - Boutique Operal is in an elegant 19th-century building in central Madrid, 100 metres from Madrid’s Opera Metro Station. It offers free entry to the Opera Hotel’s gym, 100 metres away. First of all, the location can't be any better, you will be so close to the main landmarks, 5 minute walks. Also you have the train station half a block. Regarding the hotel, just what you need when you are visiting Madrid, friendly and helpful staff, the amenities where comfortable and clean. Very recommended

Francisco I Boutique is located within 250 metres of Madrid’s Plaza Mayor and Puerta del Sol. It offers a 24-hour reception and simple rooms with a private bathroom, TV and free Wi-Fi. Beautiful hotel close to everything. Great staff and the breakfast was terrific

Featuring free WiFi throughout, Petit Palace Posada del Peine is set in a historic 17th-century building and is the oldest hotel in Spain. This was our first trip to Madrid and we are very happy to have chosen the Petit Palace Posada del Peine. Although it is right behind the busy Plaza del Mayor, the side street on which it is located is reasonably quiet at night. It has an excellent location and is within walking distance to almost all the places of interest (such as the museums in the Golden Triangle of Art, the Parque del El Retiro on the east and the Royal Palace on the west). The hotel is quite old (400 years) yet is refurbished, looks fabulous from the outside, has an elevator and provides an excellent breakfast. The closest metro station is Sol. It was early December, yet we did not feel the need to use public transportation. Olga end James working at the reception have also recommended us to investigate the Calle de Huertas and Calle de la Cava Baja districts which we are very happy to have done so on foot. Highly recommended to those especially looking for a place really close to the center.

Everything is spectacular. Especially, location is in the hearth of Madrid, so central. They welcomed me so friendly. I could reach to whole places on foot.
