I can’t think of anything we didn’t like.
I can’t think of anything we didn’t like. It is a most fabulous piece of history, like a work of art. We will visit again. Melissa our tour guide was outstanding. Book the Madrid Essential: Historic Center, Plaza Mayor & Royal Palace. She is extremely knowledgeable and very outgoing, along with Freya, her adopted doggie.
The calamari is great as well as the prosciutto baguettes. We also want to mention Pignic Iberico. Outstanding food and excellent customer service.
We can’t say enough about the Palace and the Egyptian monument. Even though it was a bit cold, it was well worth it to see it lit up. Absolutely gorgeous city.
MADRID, AMAZING.

The architecture was marvellous, rich in heritage and friendly people. Excellent service on public transport especially metro. However, it is an expensive place to stay.
Tourists attractions are not free. Restaurants are not cheap either but they are plentiful.
Got to any underground station and purchased a multi-transport ticket for Zone A and for the days you required to use it. Then call at any tourist information outlets and ask for maps for attractions and underground network.
Do your homework of what you want to see. A walking tour might be a better option than a bus tour.

See reviews by guests who stayed at hotels in Madrid
this is my fourth stay at Madrid - and the best. located in the business and premium area - the hotel is surrounded by plenty of Brand shopping options as well as the famous el corte ingles. 30 mins from airport and 3 kms from the bubbly and happening Gran via area. the hotel facilities and restaurant as well as housekeeping staff were over attentive to your need. i had two bookings done online thru booking.com hence for an 8 night stay and then 5 nights. so maybe you get to read double reviews
It’s a really nice hotel with great location. You can just walk around the city centre and reach all the landmarks ! Adrian at the reception was really helpful and kind. We had a real great time in Madrid. We had a nice room with a view on the Spanish Square.
Really good breakfast. One of the best we have had in Spain.
The cleaning was excellent.
If you want a hotel in the center of Madrid, this is a really good choice.
We went to Madrid for a music festival and the location of the hotel was great for that. One bus about 30-40min to the city centre. Clean, tidy and very comfortable.
