Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean and modern, breakfast was great with plenty options available. The AC was turned off for the winter period and the room was quiet warm, which did not suit us, but could suit someone else! We slept with the window open, which resolved this issue.

very convenient and punctual shuttle and also free. check the pickup times since they are different per terminal and check departure times as well (they start at 5am). I picked this because i was arriving/departing from T1/T2 which is 5-10 minutes from the hotel, so I was in and out in the minimum time possible. staff is polite. rooms are quite nice and i liked that they offer amenities such as toothpaste/toothbrush etc.

Beautiful architecture, multiple fine museums, great eating and easy transportation systems are magnets to draw travelers to Madrid but the friendly people keep them coming back. The central location in the Iberian Peninsula makes it a great hub for day trips to Toledo, Segovia and farther including Portugal.

Lovely compact city, only used the metro once, everywhere is walkable. Very busy with tourists, even when we visited in Feb. So arrive early for everything you book as queues are huge even for pre-paid tickets. To get the most out of everywhere, try and book the museums and palace for the first slot in the morning as they get too busy. No where opens till 10am but then everywhere is open till 10pm. Lots of the restaurants and smaller shops still close around 2-4pm each afternoon. Taxi's are a set price 33euro to and from the airport.

The city is great for exploring on foot, as most tourist attractions are relatively close to each other. There are many amazing museums in the city, and I highly recommend visiting Prado, Reina Sofia, and Thyssen-Bornemisza.
The entertainment venues are lively and enjoyable.
I also highly recommend trying the local cuisine!

The hotel was ideally located .
The hotel was ideally located . We walked to the Prado museum and took advantage of the 2 hrs free evening sessions . The Reina Sofia museum was nearby both were fantastic to visit.
We asked the hotel about a day trip to Toledo to see the old capital of Spain and they gave us the information and booked the trip for us with all the information about the bus stop , times etc . This was actually cheaper than booking the train and probably quicker.
There are lots of cafes , bars and shops around the area and about 3 doors away from the hotel was a newly opened pizza restaurant which is very good value and a great choice of food.
There are lots of easily identified Metro stations , plenty of taxis and it felt safe to walk around with many patrolling Police cars .

It did meet my expectations of a great city despite it is the capital. I am really dissapointed. I would have preffered not to have a break in that city along the way my trip to South America. I think Barcelona is better.

The hotel is located just next to the Chamartín train station which is very convenient for me as I made quite a few day trips to small cities / towns north of Madrid. It is far from Madrid city centre but it’s quite easy to take the metro too, so for me it’s not a problem. It has a great outdoor pool despite the water being a bit chilly. The breakfast was fantastic with a lot of varieties, both cold and warm items. The hotel is of very good value for money indeed if you don’t need to live in city centre.
The hotel is modern and elegant and is located in a very nice green area of Madrid. It is not far from the airport ( 15-20 minutes with metro). The nearest metro station is at 10 minutes walking so it’s easy to go to the city centre. Also, there is a large supermarket nearby. The rooms are large and cozy and the bathroom comes with a bathtube and bidet. The wifi connection was very good. As i had to leave early the hotel i could not try the breakfast. I definitely recommend this accomodation.
This used to be one of my favourite hotels in Madrid.
The hotel is perfectly located close to Metro and city centre, ideal for airport transfer and walks around the city. The beds were comfortable and the room was large and clean. Price wise is acceptable for a central hotel.
The cleaning staff and the lady at the reception were amazing.
Friendly staff and good location near Gran Via in Madrid's city centre.
The room has a little balcony and the hotel is not in the crowded and noisy areas, though still close enough to get to every corner in the centre with 20min walk tops.
