NH Collection Gran Via exceeded our expectations. Very friendly and helpful staff from reception to housekeeping. Very comfortable bed, spa like shower, all in a very central location and walking distance from all major places in the city center.

The apartment is right in the middle of puerta del Sol, really enjoyed being able to look out the balcony and feel like I am in the plaza. The train station is right there as well. Has many great restaurants within few steps distance. I enjoyed being able to walk to all the major areas of interest as well.
The apartment itself was very spacious and clean with all sorts of appliances. Air conditioner worked excellent. Communication from host was clear and timely.
There is 1 flight of stairs to climb up to the elevator, but nothing terrible.
Apartment looks exactly like the pictures, clean. comfortable, and stocked with all necessities.
Location is perfect. There are many eating places within 1 minute walking distance. We were within a 7 minute leisurely walk to the metro and Gran Via. East walk to Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor as well.
Jaimie was exceptional. Very prompt and clear communication, met us at check-in to review everything, ordered our airport transfer, provided a list of local places to eat, and answered all of our questions.
Location and location , cant beat that . Walking distance to every thing. Steps away from metro station. Little noisy as it was a very busy square ( Puerta del sol).

Although right at Puerta del Sol, my room was quiet. Shower was roomier than in many other Spanish hotels.
The breakfast was a nice spread and reasonably priced. The staff was very helpful explaining how the public transportation works (it's a bit confusing for first time visitors), and scanned my tickets to see whether I still had a balance on them.

Good option, located in Gran Via, close to the main tourist hot spots in Madrid (Plaza Callao, Plaza España, Puerta del Sol, etc.), metro stations (Plaza España, Santo Domingo, Callao) and shops, restaurant/bar/cafes. Breakfast options were excellent and delicious. Staff also very kind, always willing to help you. Rooms are well soundproofed.
Big space, 2 toilets, with elevator and its central location in Madrid. Also it's near Puerta del Sol and Atocha train station. Kitchen is good with a complete set for cooking
The location was terrific. Around the corner from Plaza Mayor and Puerta del Sol and a short walk from the Royal Palace.
