This hotel is just 200 metres from Callao and Plaza España Metro stations, on a quiet street just off Madrid’s Gran Via. it is right at the center of gran via, which is the main street of madrid, right near two metros — maybe even three. the staff were absolutely lovely & always greeted you with smile and very helpful. the laundry service was wonderful & not too pricey.

The hotel always smelled nice. If you are coming on December have in mind that the rooms only will have the heater on if you have a window its better because the room gets very hot.

The hotel is very clean, comfortable and well located. We could do everything on foot. The bath and bed is incredible good, and all structure brand new. We trully recomend!

It's an amazing hotel. I stayed only one night, but everything was perfect. It's a lovely hotel with a great atmosphere, amazing design, friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend it.
