Great cuisine...very friendly staff... Wonderful experience overall!!

This property was like a hidden oasis. It was perfect in every way with an exceptional shower and lots of hot water! We would love to visit again sometime!

The Location was very convenient for travellers by train. The views are fantastic. The owners are very friendly and chatty about their properties.

Everything was excellent. The friendly staff, the fantastic dinner where you meet people from all over the world. Lot's of top class local food and almost "unlimited" wine supply from the house was included in the dinner package that you should not miss. Superb! The pool area was very nice and relaxing. You could also take long walks in the wine yards with fantastic views over the Douro valley. The room was very nice. Fantastic old style but gently renovated.

Beautiful location and fabulous views! Large property, nice size rooms, very nice washrooms, clean and good amenities. Beautiful pool area. Breakfast was delicious. Our hostess Sofia greeted us with a port wine tasting, she was very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at this beautiful B&B with one of the greatest views. The B&B is very tastefully designed and furnished, everything you could wish for is being provided. The hosts are super friendly and accomodating. Breakfast is made with love and very tasteful (joghurt, bread, pancakes, waffles fesh fruit, fresh orange juice, good coffee, etc.). The pool area is especially beatiful and calm.

Boasting pool with a view and views of mountain, Quinta da Ribeirinha - Douro River is a recently renovated farm stay situated in Paços de Gaiolo, 46 km from Douro Museum. Excelent location, very new and modern house, a lot of good quality stuff in the rooms and the kitchen. Very friendly employee!

Boasting a rooftop pool and views of garden, Alminhas da Mindua is a recently renovated country house situated in Vitorino dos Piães, 27 km from Shipyards of Viana do Castelo. Fabulous hostess. very kind and caring. Encouraged.me to swim in her warm pool, washing completed and a 3 course dinner....felt much better after all this !! right on the Camino track. Great room and very quiet location.
