Providing free WiFi throughout the property, the non-smoking apartment has a hot tub. Was very happy with the place. It was clean, welcoming, and comfortable. It had everything that we needed. It is situated near restaurants (like Rishi's next door, which was lovely) and the tram. We had an easy time getting to and from the airport and the city centre. Staying on this side of town also let us more easily explore this area and its surrounds which was well worth it. I would stay here again and would recommend it.

In the Newington area, the apartments are a 15-minute walk from Holyrood Park. Cozy, beautiful, spacious house, ideal for group of friends or families. Great location, just couple bus stops from city center. Bus stops was literally couple steps from the house. May was very kind, helpful host, she replied almost immediately to all our questions. We appreciated very much the welcome package she left for us in the fridge.

Comfy couch and bed. We were only here for one night to avoid any New Year fireworks at home for our dog but it was ideal- rural and quiet but cozy! We’d definitely come back.
