Comfortable home in a quiet town. Just across the street from the beach and port. Parking next to front door. Close to restaurant, grocery, and pub. The kitchen had everything needed to make just about anything. Beds comfortable. Nothing we didn't like. 15-minute train ride to Edinburgh,waverly station downtown. I would stay here again if we come back.

We like being in the village, near our family . We appreciate the generosity of the host; they always leave dishwasher tablets, condiments, bin bags so for a short stay we don't have to buy all the basics. For the festive stay they added Christmas decorations and candles which felt very welcoming. The bedrooms are lovely and bedding and towels of good quality.

The house was perfect for our family with a shop and bus stop within walking distance. The suburb of Dalkeith was a short drive away with a beautiful park and a larger supermarket. We enjoyed being slightly outside the main center and a 25 minute drive into the city if needed. I really can't fault it at all. Thank you for the hospitality and wonderful communication.
Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.
A super cosy little cabin adjoining a field of Highland coos. I never saw the host but she was super helpful and friendly at every stage of the booking process and offered local information like taxis. It's a little out of the way from Haddington but a short car trip. It's very convenient if you want to access great golf courses like Gullane or North Berwick.
A very welcoming accommodation. Staff were very helpful before arrival and were able to accommodate our request for an early check-in. The lodges were very peaceful with a beautiful view of the countryside and of course the cows. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the water pressure was great. Some cute arrival treats in the room were a lovely surprise.

This lodge was very well located for my purposes being close to Haddington. It was easy to find and the information provided by the openers was very accurate. The room itself was well-appointed and had nice little touches with biscuits, soft drinks, coffee and tea all being provided. The kitchenette was small but had all the key items, grill, oven, microwave. The view of the highland cattle outside wandering around was so peaceful. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great.

Loved the spacious room (studio in a lodge/stable building). Very well converted, it was cosy and had all the ameneties we needed. They had an air conditioning fan, which was super when it was a hot day. Nice touches like crisps and biscuits!
Beds were super comfortable, even the single for our daughter. Lomond Lodge was perfect for a family of three.
