Comfortable home in a quiet town. Just across the street from the beach and port. Parking next to front door. Close to restaurant, grocery, and pub. The kitchen had everything needed to make just about anything. Beds comfortable. Nothing we didn't like. 15-minute train ride to Edinburgh,waverly station downtown. I would stay here again if we come back.

Good size, clean studio in a nice quiet area with plenty of space to walk the dog. And chickens. Welcoming communicative hosts. Haddington's a good base for exploring the area.

Stayed for one night and I could not fault anything, the staff were all polite and courteous.
The food was very good, especially the Scottish breakfast which I would highly recommend.
My room was perfect and the bed was very comfortable.

The house was perfect for our family with a shop and bus stop within walking distance. The suburb of Dalkeith was a short drive away with a beautiful park and a larger supermarket. We enjoyed being slightly outside the main center and a 25 minute drive into the city if needed. I really can't fault it at all. Thank you for the hospitality and wonderful communication.

We booked Scott’s lovely apartment for an extended family getaway. There were seven of us in total and we travelled to Edinburgh for the Christmas markets from Ireland. We were looking for a place to chill out in the evenings and a place that felt communal as it was a getaway with cousins and aunties and we wanted a space we could share and catch up with one another! Scott’s place was the perfect option as it has a large living room area with three sofas and a TV. There is a small kitchen area which has a window looking out into the living room - a lovely touch! The kitchen was supplied with everything we needed for a cuppa on arrival and there was also bread and tea cakes left by the host. There are two rooms - one big room with two double beds and a smaller room with one double bed. The sofas in the living also fold out into pull-out-beds and were really comfy. It’s a perfect place for a larger group with plenty of space for everyone! Bathroom was also stocked with lots of products, with shampoo and body wash provided for. The area is perfect for exploring Edinburgh on foot, particularly if you’re sticking to the new town for a lot of your activities/ eating out. Just to note - the apartment is located on a cobbled street behind some pubs/restaurants so bins are being filled with glass bottles early in the morning. In case this is something that would bother a light sleeper but we were up and out early most mornings so it didn’t bother us! Would 100% stay here again and our group are already looking forward to returning!

A beautiful house, very clean and comfortable, with modern equipment. The house owner and manager are exceptionally nice, welcoming people. Great safety for parking our cars, close to the Edinburgh bypass, yet convenient for travelling into the city by bus or taxi.

Very clean, well equipped and cozy caravan holiday house! The caravan park area is big and the location is next to the beach. We wish we can come back here again!
The beach was nice for the kids. Service is good, responsive at the gate, quick to change gas bottle when needed. Heating works fine, shower is hot. Kitchen is well equipped. Cabin and beds where clean. Free instant coffee available.
Lovely lodge with everything needed. Handy having the shop very close. We didn't use the other facilities but they were a close distance to the lodge. Great location for exploring Edinburgh and the surrounding areas.
Had an issue with access when we arrived but the hosts rectified this quickly and were easily contactable. Would stay again.
