Everyone was so nice and helpful. Each morning they cooked us breakfast. I also needed a ride one day early before the bus ran and they were kind enough to drop us off. They also drove us and helped us fill out the forms for Yamato. Every day my room was cleaned and everything was spotless. After this review I'm going to email to check on availability for 2025! I can't wait to go back and stay here again. Also the bus stop is right across the street which makes it very easy going to and coming back from the mountains.

My family and friends have been coming here over the years and it was a highlight to stay here. The Onsens are fantastic after a day on the slopes, as well as relaxing in the cosy lounge room. Can't wait to be back!

Delightful cosy b&b with the most friendly, helpful and generous owners. Rooms are not huge but ample for a couple with lovely outlook over the garden. Breakfast is home cooked and delicious, served in a nice dining room with open fireplace nearby. The owners generously offered to serve us a home cooked meal for dinner one evening as we were having difficulty finding an open restaurant. It was delicious. Private bathrooms are small but adequate however they have a great large indoor bath/spa for guests which was so relaxing. Plenty of lovely places to visit, drives, local onsen etc and the owners have lots of local knowledge and information. Really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it.

Hakuba Happo-One Kış Kayak Merkezi'ne 10 dakikalık sürüş mesafesinde yer alan Pension Tomato, çatı alanı içeren Batı tarzı geniş odalar sunmaktadır. Tesis genelinde ücretsiz Wi-Fi erişimi mevcuttur. We loved our stay at Pension Tomato. The host was really kind and picked us up from the train station in Hakuba. Along with this, when dropping us off after our stay, he stopped at the Yamato centre so we could send ski bags to the next accomodation, a huge help. We stayed in the 6 bunk lodge, fantastic. The amenities were very, very clean and comfortable. The shower was excellent. Spacious enough, with a nice area to relax in and kitchen bench to make easy meals. We also utilised the in-house onsens - a great choice as they were incredibly relaxing and peaceful after a ski, really clean and nice tranquil forest views. There are multiple, bookable for mixed or non-mixed onsens. The breakfast which you book the day before is great too. A few minutes walk from the main echoland strip and rental place for ski/snow gear. That’s where shuttles for Happo-One and Hakuba 47 stop too, so convenient to get to the mountains in the morning.
