It is a bit further from Oxford which we were travelling to but a very calm and great place. The staff were extremely nice and helpful! The room was exceptionally nice and cosy. You could feel the freshness and birds from outside. Amazing toiletries to relax in a bath after a trip. A kettle with a few types of tea, hot chocolate and cookies. Also amazing breakfast that you can have in their restaurant and free fruits for the guests. Highly recommended!

Much appreciation to Tony & Astrid for the labour of love and all the little touches that spark joy in the room (teas, coffee machine, milk, biscuits and juice left in the room, lovely little pieces of art, halloween pumpkin themed decoration), at the decadent breakfast and the lovely care around their gardens and walks!

Very well run, well established and the services offered were great. Chef for the dinner was really top and the breakfast was tasty as well. Service was fast and very amicable.

Garden Room localiza-se em Wallingford, a 26 km de Universidade de Oxford e a 33 km de Notley Abbey. Really nice setting, very rural, very clean and had everything we needed. It was comparable to the cost of a premiere inn or Travelodge but in our opinions so much better quality in terms of facilities and comfort.

This inn is exceptionally cosy and comfortable. Our room - Lidstone - was one of the most beautiful rooms we've ever stayed in. The staff, especially Ana, went over and above to make our stay comfortable.

It was great to be in this real bed and breakfast offered by Rose, and our rooms made us feel right at home. The opportunity to sit in her large back yard was much appreciated. Even more so, we were so impressed by both the full English and continental breakfast she offered us. We used the packed lunch option she offered, and were not disappointed. Rose was an excellent host all round.
