Just 5 miles from the city centre of Oxford, The Bear and Ragged Staff offers fantastic homemade food, free parking, and free Wi-Fi. Ronan the assistant manager was very welcoming. Breakfast was excellent with many choices on the menu. Breakfast is served from 08-11. We were able to get a small take away breakfast for our drive to Gatwick airport when we were checking out which we appreciated.There always was parking available for our car. We were able to check in a few hours early which was great because we were very jet lagged. We ate dinner in the restaurant several nights and it was great as well. To get to Oxford we drove to the Seacourt park and ride and paid 5 pounds total to park our car and take the bus into Oxford. To return from Oxford you need to take the same bus line (400) that you went on. Our room was spacious and the shower was great. We were never bothered by noise.

On arrival I expressed how tired we were... we'd done close to 3000 miles driving by this time... it was our last night in the UK before flying home to Australia the next day. Next thing we know Elaine had prepared 2 large cups of tea for us! Our room was spotless. Comfy bed, good shower, bath robes & slippers, tea/coffee making facilities in room. Lovely owner, Gosia, and Staff, Elaine and Beata. Dining room cum café very clean and tidy. Breakfast cooked to order, hot and tasty. A number of options for pastries and cakes. Added bonus of a real coffee machine so... delicious coffee 😋. Btw, the coffee is organic Peruvian coffee. The café in this hotel is open daily to the public and has a very pretty outdoor seating area as well. By the time we were ready to leave, we ordered 2 takeaway coffees, a blueberry muffin and a caramel slice with pecans. The locals had also started to arrive. Another bonus is the free parking. (Free parking seems to be something of a non-event in the UK, so it's a big deal when you get it.)

It’s a beautiful property located as it is alongside the River Thames and the perfect spot for visiting Oxford and other nearby parts of Oxfordshire. There are many great options for eating nearby. We received a very warm welcome from Annette and our room was very comfortable and well equipped. We would definitely stay at Dinckley Court again!

Incredibly accommodating hosts, great little cottage in a quaint little English town. Almost like walking into one’s own cottage. I had a wonderful four day stay!

Το OX7 6RU Old School βρίσκεται στο Cotswolds, στο μικρό χωριό Idbury, ανάμεσα σε παρθένα εξοχή. A lovely country location. The room was big and comfy. The room had a separate ground level entrance. The host is very nice indeed, and the breakfast was wonderful.

Το Royal Oak Ramsden απέχει 17 χλμ από το σημείο ενδιαφέροντος Ανάκτορο Blenheim σε Ramsden. Προσφέρει καταλύματα 4 αστέρων και διαθέτει κήπο, βεράντα και μπαρ.  Staying at the Royal, Oak was a highlight of our weeklong trip in England. The end exudes, warmth and charm. Our room was extremely comfortable and there are all sorts of special touches around the property. The staff are amazing and the food at the restaurant  delicious English fare.

Really nice setting, very rural, very clean and had everything we needed. It was comparable to the cost of a premiere inn or Travelodge but in our opinions so much better quality in terms of facilities and comfort.

Delightful property in a quiet location but so close to many attractions. Accommodation perfect bed & great sized bathroom with local cosmetics such a lovely touch.
