The whole stay i felt wonderful and it was really cosy. I really appriciated the cleaningness of the place. I really liked tge fact that i could see the airplanes land so closely. The shuttle is available as well for really affordable price. And just a fact that you can buy snacks and drinks from alredy full fridge is amazing, no need to go to the store at all. Overall i really injured the whole stay and will came back. The best reccomendations!!!

This property delivers what it promises and does so well. The owner is exceptionally helpful - including advising us on the best travel connections to get to Negombo, and checking in during our stay whether there was anything we needed. The pool is perfect, well maintained and warm. The appartments was spacious, modern, clean and comfortable, and while we didn’t try to cook in the apartment, we did make use of the refrigerator and other kitchen items to do some very minimal self catering. The location was great for us, being at the northerly end of Negombo beach and an easy walk to bars and restaurants, but on the edge so it was quiet at night. We paid about $70 US a night for three people and this felt like a good deal for what this property offered.
