The balcony with chairs and table. I recommend this accommodation. Our host Fernando is very friendly and helpful. Do not hesitate to rent this exceptional place!!! We so enjoyed our one evening stay here. Communication with the host beforehand was outstanding and we were greeted in the most lovely manner. Someone carried our luggage upstairs and they had turned the air conditioning on for us after we let them know what time we would be there. I was worried about the airplane noise but the planes were infrequent and didn't wake me up. It was great being so close to the airport for an early morning departure. And the host arranged a transfer for us us that was stress-free and affordable. The apartment is clean and spacious and after an 8-day bicycle trip, we were able to do a load of washing which made the smell of our luggage for our further travels much more pleasant! 🙂 The host gave us restaurant recommendations and we were able to walk to have dinner and pick up some things at the supermarket. That being said, the kitchen is well stocked with snacks and drinks at extremely fair prices so if you don't feel like going out, you won't go hungry! I would not hesitate to stay here again. I was worried at first but reading the reviews about how clean it is, I relaxed a little and it was great! Oh, yeah, the WiFi was the best we had all trip!

Really modern and beautiful accommodation. We only stayed for a night before a flight and was very comfortable, spacious and just what we needed. The owner was there to greet us when we arrived and departed and recommend local restaurants.

It had everything I needed, including some of the best snacks and drinks. Wi-Fi worked well, the host was super kind, and the free transfer to the airport in the morning for my flight was perfect. Definitely recommend.

Very clean and well maintained room. No disturbance and away from the main road. It was delightful stay for my family. Only request is that need more clear signs to the property specifically at night.

This property delivers what it promises and does so well. The owner is exceptionally helpful - including advising us on the best travel connections to get to Negombo, and checking in during our stay whether there was anything we needed. The pool is perfect, well maintained and warm. The appartments was spacious, modern, clean and comfortable, and while we didn’t try to cook in the apartment, we did make use of the refrigerator and other kitchen items to do some very minimal self catering. The location was great for us, being at the northerly end of Negombo beach and an easy walk to bars and restaurants, but on the edge so it was quiet at night. We paid about $70 US a night for three people and this felt like a good deal for what this property offered.
