Very nice clean and comfortable apartment on 7th floor, with views of the ocean. Although it is a studio it is quite roomy and well laid out. Adequate kitchen for preparing breakfast or even light meals. Comfortable seating with table, and bar stools for breakfast bar. Good lighting and power sockets/USB ports at bedside. Balcony with seating which is largely shaded during the day and from which you can enjoy the sunset. Nice rooftop pool which we used, with nobody else there. Roshan is a very kind and helpful host, and responds promptly to any queries. He very generously allowed us to use another apartment for a few hours as we had a late flight. The apartment is also great value and definitely preferable to some of the nearby hotels. The journey to the airport by car is around 30 minutes. There are numerous restaurants in the area and small supermarkets. Highly recommended.

Several rooms, washing machine, ironing board etc. Much thought has been given to the needs of travellers. Family downstairs super friendly and well organised. Lagoon area a short walk away.

Great apartment near the airport. It had everything I needed, including some of the best snacks and drinks. Wi-Fi worked well, the host was super kind, and the free transfer to the airport in the morning for my flight was perfect. Definitely recommend.

The manager is really helpful and friendly. They don't have restaurant (they are building one) but they can take you to a near places to eat. The room is big, clean and confortable. Everything you need. They are making improvements so it will be even better in the next few years.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this clean, modern place, which offers star-class room amenities. It is conveniently located near Ja-Ela city, with many attractions within walking distance. The property is not only safe and secure but also provides excellent privacy. The rooms are well-equipped with stable Wi-Fi and tea and coffee-making facilities. Guests also have access to shared areas such as the living room and kitchen, making the stay feel even more comfortable. A special mention goes to the owner, Mr. Nelson. He is extremely friendly, helpful, and always available to assist whenever needed.
